One hour one off

If you need a breakthrough on a specific issue, this session is for you. We will first have a complimentary discovery session then you will book your one hour coaching session.

Standard package

After we have our initial discovery session to see if we are a good fit for each other, we will determine what will work best for you. The recommendation is 6 months, meeting 12 times during that 6-month period, with email support in between.

I am committed to ensuring everyone is 100% supported and that coaching is accessible. If you have circumstances such that you cannot afford coaching at my current rate, please let me know during our discovery session. I will be glad to work with you.
